Payment Terms

• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. SoFlo Web Solutions LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for project completion.

Limitation of Liability

SoFlo Web Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
